From now till valentines day i am cooking a meal a day for Gina (trust me, this is a huge deal- I’ve mayyybe cooked 3 times in the last year).
I’m so going to make this for breakfast one day. Mmmmm… I love me some egg and avocado. Never had them together, but it sounds and looks amazing :)

I don’t think i really knew what ‘happy’ was till this year. Through the good times and the bad, i have grown more than i ever have these last 18 months in Boston. For once i have done things that make ME happy and I finally feel like I’m at a constant- not only with myself, but with everything and everyone around me. I have an amazing place that i finally feel home at. It may sound weird, but i don’t think i have ever really felt home. Living in 30 different houses in 22 short years doesn’t really allow someone to get comfortable. My whole life i guess you could say I’ve been living out of a suitcase. House to house, city to city… but now, I’m somewhere i want to stay. I am home. I have a great job, even better friends and I have the best girl i could ever ask for. Not just that, but the best relationship i could ever ask for. Never in my life have i felt so perfect with someone. Never have i been able to laugh, cry, scream, talk, smile, and love (and sometimes all in the course of a minute) like i do with Gina. Never in my life has one person made me feel so needed, so important, so loved. February 12th marks our 1 year.. hopefully just 1 of many many more to come.
